SEYBOLD Notary Public Hearing had on Vacation Resolution No. 62 for the'Vacation of Grace Street from a point two hundred forty nine feet east of the east line of Arnold Street to the east end of said -street, a distance of thirty, eight feet. Ford St, from a point two hundred thirty-five feet -east of the east line of Arnold St. to the east end of said street, a distance of fifty-two feet. Alley between and parallel with Ford Street and Grace Street -from a point two hundred thirty-five feet east of the east line of Arnold Street to the east end of said alley, a distance of fifty -.two feet. Alley east of and parallel with Arnold St.g.extending from the east end of Grace'St., one hundred fifteen and one-half feet south to t;he alley above described, all in the City of South Bend, Indiana,. In the above matter no f�irther remonstrators appeared and written remonstrance filed AAgust 23rd., 1922 is hereby ever -ruled and grant of easement from J. D.
