Hearing had on improvement Resolution No. 1029 for the pavement on
<br />Leer Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Avenue, in the City of South Bend, Ind.
<br />Upon said fearingremonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance
<br />filed. The Board after hearing all interested property holders over --ruled said
<br />written remonstrance and being fully advised in the property liable to be assessed..
<br />for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of.the same, as reported by
<br />the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as
<br />originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and,
<br />approved.
<br />Resolved further, that notices by published on the 24th. day of
<br />February 1923 and on the 3rd, day of Burch 1923, in. the South Bend Tribune and
<br />News Times, a newspapers of general eiteulation in said City and in the Indianapols
<br />Star of Indianapolis, Indiana on the 1st. day of March 1923, stating that this
<br />Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 1000
<br />.A.M. Tuesday March 13th.9 192P. The Board reserves the right to re-ect any and
<br />all bids.

<br />City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing ae remonstrator appeared and objected to improvemelh
<br />rkot going to Franklin Street but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board
<br />after hearing all parties interested decided to rescind resolution and ordered a
<br />new resolution ordered pa+ppared from Michigan Street to Franklin. Street.
<br />Hearing had'on resolution for pavement improvement on Carroll
<br />Street from Haney Avenue to Indiana Avenue, under Improvement Resolution ITo. 1036
<br />In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon paid hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed. And the Board being, fully advised in the premises,
<br />decides that the benefits to property, liable to be assessed for said improvement
<br />are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported'by the Civil`Engineer,
<br />and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and the
<br />same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

<br />Street from Lincoln Way West to Elwood Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />1041. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and written remonstrance
<br />filed. The Board after hearing all parties interested and being fully advised
<br />i-h the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to the estimated
<br />cost of said improvement are equal to, the estimated cost of the same as reported
<br />by the City Engineer, and thereupon takes final .action on said resolution as
<br />originally adopted and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and
<br />approved.

<br />August 1922 and on the 7th. day of ReAtember 1922, in the South Bend News Times arl
<br />and Tribune, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of
