i Hearing. had on rolls of awards of amages and assessments of benefits in the matter o`f Vacation Resolution No.56 adopted September'7th., 1920 for the vacat on of alley in Rankert & Eggleston's Sub-D'ivi'sion, in. the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed., The Hoard therefore declare the above roll filed August 9th. 1922 in all things, ratifid4,confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed: Cory of assessment roll. Vacation of an, eight (8) foot alley in Rankert & Eggleston's Sub - Division of a pars, of lot 4 in Leers Partition Plat to the City of South Bend, Indiana. Described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 2 in4aid Rankert and Eggleston's Sub -Division thence westerly along the southerly line of said lot 2- 43.65 feet to the southwest corner of said lot 2; thence south parallel with Florine Court 8 feet; thence easterly to the northeast corner of said lot, 8 in said Rankert & Eggleston's Sub -Division; thence north on the west line of,Florin Court 8 feet to the place of beginning. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected; Lot 1,2 and 8 in Rankert & Egg Ileston's Sub -Division of lot 4 in .Leer's Partition Plat, Benefits Damages Beginning at the northeast Bonner of lot 11 in said Sub -Division; thence south 85 feet; thence west to the west line of said lot l,,at a point 98-, feet south of the northwest corner; thence north g feet to the northwest evner; thence southeasterly 44 feet to the place of beginning.
