Mix LV260 Primer EP at 3:1+10% ratio utilizing the #9 Sikkens measuring stick. <br />a. 3 parts LV260 Sealer <br />b. I part LV260 Hardener <br />c. 10% (of the A -component) reducer slow <br />2. Apply one single flowing coat while maintaining a 50 to 75% overlap and a distance of 6 to 8 inches. <br />3. Adjust fan pattern and atomizing air pressure to minimize texture and overspray. <br />V11. Undercoat Paintina Process-LV 650 Sealer <br />1, Mix Autocoat LV 650 Sealer at 5: 1:1 ratio utilizing the #23 Sikkens measuring stick. <br />a. 5 parts LV Sealer <br />b. 1 part LV 650 Hardener <br />c. 1 part LV 650 Reducers <br />2. Apply one single flowing coat while maintaining a 50 to 75% overlap and a distance of 6 to 8 inches. <br />3. Adjust fan pattern and atomizing air pressure to minimize texture and overspray. <br />4, Use SATA RP 1.0-1.1 equipment for best results. <br />IX. Auto Base Plus Color Mixing Process <br />1. Mix Auto Base Plus at 100:6 with LV 650 Hardener utilizing the #14 Sikkens measuring stick. Stir mixture <br />completely. <br />2. Mix 100 parts of above combination with 80 parts Sikkens HP Reducers, <br />3. Solvent selection should be slow enough to provide good flow and melt in characteristics. <br />X. Application of Auto Base Plus Colors <br />1. For solid colors, apply 2 single coats allowing 5 to 7 minutes flash -off between each coat. <br />2, For metallic colors, apply 2 single coats at approximately 6 inches from the module allowing 5 to 7 minutes flash - <br />off between each coat.
