2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />115 VOLT ELECTRICAL SCHEMATICS: <br />A complete wiring schematic shall be provided which indicates the systems entire 115 volt Electrical System. The <br />schematic shall be done in the same format as the 12 volt wiring schematics and be provided upon delivery of the vehicle. <br />116VOLTWIRING: <br />All wiring shall be three (3) conductors, 10 GA or 12 GA minimum stranded copper cable as required by the circuit <br />requirements. All conductors shall have a 106 degree Celsius rated insulation, with tinned conductors rated at 600 volt. <br />All cable wiring shall be encased in high temperature protective loom where exposed. <br />KUSSMAUL "SUPER AUTO -EJECT" SHORELINE: <br />A 20 Amp Kussmaul "Super Auto -Eject" Shoreline Male Motor Base Model 091-55-20-120 shall be installed on the left <br />side of the body over compartment "B". The Shoreline shall be waterproof type with spring loaded gasketed cover. The <br />Shoreline shall be wired to the junction circuit breaker box located within the power distribution panel compartment. The <br />Shoreline auto -eject solenoid shall be connected to the starter solenoid of the vehicle and only be activated when the key <br />is in the start made. The Shoreline shall be equipped with a matching female connector designed for use with the auto - <br />eject shoreline and shipped loose with the vehicle. <br />SHORELINE POWER / BATTERY CHARGER <br />INDICATOR LIGHTS; <br />Olual operation indicator lights shall be provided to indicate both live power of the shoreline and battery charger <br />oarging". This shall be located at the shoreline input connector. The "Live Power Shoreline" indicator shall be a <br />rounded" 3/8" LED amber indicator and the "Battery Charger" indicator shall be a"rounded" 3/8" green LED. Thell5volt <br />indicator shall indicate power has reached the interior outlets, not just the shoreline. <br />I 15 VOLT POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX: <br />A 115 volt power distribution box shall be installed in the vehicles main electrical cabinet. The distribution box shall <br />consist of an enclosure with a 20 amp magnetic type circuit breaker installed. The circuit breaker shall power duplex <br />receptacles also mounted within the distribution box. All wiring and circuits provided shall be sized for a 20 amp capacity, <br />12 gauge conductor minimum. <br />ENGINE BLOCK HEATER (if so Equipped): <br />If the supplied chassis is OEM equipped with an engine block heater, then the Block Heater shall be powered by the <br />exterior shoreline power of the vehicle. A 115 volt Electrical conductor encased in high temperature loom shall be routed <br />to the engine compartment and have a quick connect Waterproof Connector on the end to plug into the engine block <br />heater. <br />ENGINE BLOCK "SHUT-OFF" SWITCH: <br />A 115 volt AC toggle switch, 15 amp rated, shall be located with the area of the electrical compartment to disconnect the <br />engine block heater from the shoreline input feed.
