2019 International MV/PL Custorn Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />INTERIOR MOUNTED EQUIPMENT <br />STAINLESS STEEL WALL PROTECTOR, LEFT SIDE: <br />A full length by,9 1/4" high polished stainless steel wall protection panel shall be installed along the left side cabinet wall <br />above the rolled up floor. The panel shall be held in place without the use of visible s,crews or fasteners and shall have all <br />edges completely deburred prior to installation. <br />STAINLESS STEEL WALL PROTECTOR, <br />RIGHT SIDE: <br />A full length by 7 1/2" high polished stainless steel wall protection panel shall: be installed along the right side squad blench <br />base above the rolled up floor. The panel shaI1 be held in, place without the use of visible screws or fasteners and shall <br />have all edges completely deburred prior to installation. <br />GLOVE BOX HOLDER, SIDE ENTRANCE DOOR: <br />There shall be recessed storage for either (3) *Large Glove boxes or (3) *Small glove boxes over side entrance door <br />including a hinged, door with front facing &ve access holes. <br />*(Accommodates the box sizes as indicated below) <br />- Size to be determined at the Prebuild meeting. <br />"FASTEN SEAT BELT" AND "NO SMOKING" SIGNS: <br />wol (2) large face "'No Smoking" signs and one (1) Fasten Seat Belt sign shall be installed in the patient compartment of <br />the ambulance. <br />OXYGEN AND ASPIRATION SYSTEMS, <br />OXYGEN SYSTEM: <br />The Oxygen delivery system shall consist ol permanent mount DOT approved Medical Oxygen Cylinder. The oxygen: <br />line from the cylinder to, the distribution outlets shall be oxygen cleaned, high pressure ellectrically conductive, "'Green" <br />hose with swaged fittings. All fittings and hardware used shall be Medical Oxygen Quality and cleaned for oxygen use. <br />All oxygen hose shall be encased in high temperature protective loom to avoid chafing and physical damage. All fittings <br />shal,l be completely accessible for service or inspection without the removal of any cabinets or wall panels. <br />The entire system shall be installed. inspected, tested and labeled per the requirements of Federal Specifications KKK-A- <br />1822. <br />The oxygen storage cylinder shall be accessible through a transparent door for manual on/off control of the main valve <br />and to visually monitor the tank pressure on the regulator gauge. <br />The oxygen, vacuum and air systems in the vehicle shall be compatible with OHI�O equipment unless otherwise specified. <br />Cherntron oxygen outlets <br />A4539-0001 08/24/18 <br />28 <br />
