2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />OXYGEN SHUT OFF SOLENOID: <br />An Amico AMIZTH0120 electric powered oxygen shut off solenoid shall be installed and mounted on the output of the <br />oxygen bottle regulator. It shall be controlled by a switch located at the rear Life Support Panel. The solenoid shall be <br />approved for medical oxygen use and be equipped with a manual override valve (in the event the electric solenoid may <br />fail to open the valve). An electrical rectifier shall be installed in the circuit to prevent voltage spikes from entering the <br />electrical system, <br />AMICO DIGITAL LED OXYGEN MONITOR: <br />An Amico digital LED oxygen monitoring system shall be installed in the Life Support Station of the vehicle. It shall be <br />placed in such a location as to provide full view of all attendants. It shall also include the following features; Visual Digital <br />LED Display, Audible Alarm, Alarm Silence, Over Pressure Alarm and a Systems test function. The system shall be <br />protected by its own independent circuit and circuit breaker. The installation of this system includes a Large Tank Oxygen <br />Regulator. <br />OXYGEN BOTTLE MOUNT, "M" TANK: <br />The vehicle shall be equipped with a mount for an "M" oxygen cylinder in the oxygen storage compartment. The mount <br />shall be an approved Ziamatic oxygen bottle retention system for an "M" size bottle. The mounting bracket shall be <br />securely bolted to two Uni-Strut tracks welded to the vehicle framework. The entire mounting system shall be tested to <br />the requirements of AMD-003; oxygen tank retention system. Test Documentation shall be provided upon request. The <br />use of mounting brackets other than Ziamatic brand is unacceptable. <br />)XYGEN FLOW METER: <br />A 5-15 liter per minute ball type flow meter shall be provided and installed. <br />LARGE TANK OXYGEN REGULATOR: <br />One (1) Model # PLC-9662 (Western), large tank oxygen bottle regulator shall be provided and installed. <br />OXYGEN CYLINDER WRENCH: <br />An oxygen cylinder wrench shall be permanently attached to the wall of the oxygen compartment in a custom wrench <br />holder. There shall be a permanent lanyard attachment to both the wrench and the compartment, designed to prevent <br />loss of the wrench. <br />SUCTION SYSTEM: <br />The suction unit shall be a SSCOR VX-2 w/Charging Bracket.
