2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />REAR FACING ATTENDANT SEAT: <br />Rear facing attendant seat shall be a swivel, 2 point pedestal mounted Valor seat with 4 point harness restraint system. <br />The seat shall have a child safety seat built into it. The seat shall be provided with dual arm rest. <br />INTERIOR FLOORING FINISH <br />LONPLATE 11 DIAMOND PLATE FLOORING: <br />A Commercial Quality LONSEAL Mfg Lon plate I I diamond plate floor covering shall be installed. It shall be applied over a <br />prepared Polymer floor surface, with all seams filler patched, to eliminate holes or bubbles in the flooring surface. Color <br />shall be Gun Metal <br />ROLL -UP FLOORING 3": <br />The flooring on both the left side wall and right side squad bench shall incorporate a three inch roll -up section of the vinyl <br />flooring material. The flooring material shall be finished with an anodized aluminum trim. The trim shall be secured in <br />place with mechanical fasteners and have a tapered top surface to prevent accumulation of dirt and foreign material. The <br />underside shall be designed in such a way to prevent infiltration behind the trim. This is required to eliminate the <br />possibility of foreign liquid material from becoming trapped behind the flooring where it cannot be disinfected, <br />DRIVERS CAB CONSOLE <br />CONSOLE, TYPE I LOWER: <br />An individually custom designed Radio and Siren Console shall be provided and mounted to the floor of the cab. It shall <br />be equipped with a removable lid for access when servicing, The Console shall follow the contours of the floor to minimize <br />its protrusion. The console shall be covered with a 1/4" padded black vinyl to match interior. All switches and controls shall <br />be within easy reach of both the driver and passenger. <br />The console shall be a custom design. In addition to the switch panel the console shall incorporate the following items <br />into it. <br />- Siren <br />- Radio <br />- (3) Vertical Glove Boxes <br />- Map Box <br />- Trash Container Cutout Provision <br />(1) RADIO CUT-OUT: <br />The ambulance manufacturer shall provide (1) custom fit cutout in Radio /Siren Cab Console, including the required <br />mounting brackets for customer's radio components.
