2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />P ERMANENT MOUNTED IV HOLDER <br />RECESSED DUAL IV HOLDER, OVER COT: <br />One (1) Cast Products Rubber "Recessed" dual IV holder shall be installed in the ceiling over cot. The holder shall be <br />bolted to reinforcing plates located within the ceiling and include a Velcro strap for securing IV during transport. <br />RECESSED DUAL IV HOLDER, OVER SQUAD BENCH: <br />One (1) Cast Products Rubber "Recessed" dual IV holder shall be installed in the ceiling over squad bench. The holder <br />shall be bolted to reinforcing plates located within the ceiling and include a Velcro strap for securing IV during transport. <br />INTERIOR SURFACE FINISHES AND COLORS <br />CEILING PANEL: <br />The ceiling panel of the ambulance shall be high impact thermoplastic panel laminated to a 1/4" subpanel. The entire <br />assembly shall be bolted directly to the ceiling structural framework. The panel shall be the fire retardant grade. All <br />components (including Lights, IV Holders and Grab Rails) mounted to the ceiling shall be mounted to the structural frame <br />work of the ceiling. Under no circumstances shall anything be mounted to the ceiling panel only. The ceiling panel shall <br />be attached to the vehicle framework without the use of visible hardware. <br />INTERIOR COLORS: <br />he interior color of the upper laminated cabinets shall be Fashion Grey with a high gloss finish. <br />INTERIOR COLORS: <br />The interior color of the lower laminated cabinets shall be Oiled Soapstone with a high gloss finish. <br />INTERIOR UPHOLSTERY AND PADDED SURFACES <br />HEAD BUMPERS: <br />Vinyl padded head bumpers shall be installed in areas where head injury can occur. One (1) located at the rear door, one <br />(1) at the side door and one (1) at the cab to body door. Full padding shall be provided around the cabinets on the left <br />side attendant seat area. <br />HEAVY DUTY UPHOLSTERY, SEAMLESS: <br />All upholstery used in the vehicle shall be a High Quality Automotive Grade Vinyl Upholstery. All upholstery shall be <br />seamless flat upholstery utilizing minimal stitching on the outside corners, All material shall meet the requirements of <br />FMVSS 302. <br />Upholstery Color: Gray <br />A4539-0001 08/24118 <br />26 <br />
