The doors are to be .220" <br />polycarbonate material. The entire lower edge corner shall be padded to prevent sharp corners. <br />LEFT REAR INTERIOR/EXTERIOR ACCESS CABINET <br />LOWER: <br />A storage cabinet shall be provided in the lower left rear corner of the body above counter level and provide inside/outside <br />access to compartment "C". The cabinet shall have two (2) hinged, Formica covered, wood doors, each with a Southco <br />Polished Stainless Steel positive latching device, The compartment side of each door shall be covered in aluminum <br />diamond plate. <br />MEGANITE COUNTER TOP REAR COUNTER AREA: <br />The counter surface in the rear counter area shall be covered with "Silver Mist" colored, genuine Meganite counter top <br />material. The Meganite shall be permanently bonded and sized to cover the entire surface of the counter area. The <br />counter top shall have a 1 " built-in lip around the entire perimeter for containment purposes. The edge of the counter top <br />facing inboard shall be a 1.5" radius. ABS or other plastic surfaces are not an acceptable substitution. <br />LEFT REAR BELOW COUNTER LEVEL INTERIOR <br />STORAGE: <br />An interior storage cabinet shall be located directly behind the left side attendant seat, (Below counter level). It shall be <br />approximately 14" wide x 10 1/4" high x 17" deep. The cabinet shall have a hinged drop down transparent door. <br />JERIOR CABINET DOORS <br />TINTED TRANSPARENT DOORS: <br />All transparent doors where specified within this specification shall be tinted. All sliding doors shall be 1/4" Lexan and <br />shall be installed in double, anodized aluminum tracks with Standard Products rubber flocked inserts to prevent <br />movement and inadvertent sliding. All hinged transparent doors will be provided as 1/2" Acrylic and shall include a <br />stainless steel locking Southco positive closure latches <br />FULL LENGTH HANDLES ON TRANSPARENT DOORS: <br />All sliding doors shall have anodized aluminum full length pull handles installed on the leading outside edge of the door. <br />An anodized trim shall be installed on the edge of the following side of the door for a finished appearance, The use of <br />finger holes or screw on cabinet handles is unacceptable. <br />POSITIVE CLOSURE DEVICES ON HINGED DOORS: <br />All hinged doors shall be equipped with a positive closure device such as a polished stainless steel Southco slam latch. <br />Magnet or roller type catches are unacceptable hardware for this application.
