2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />ADUSTABLE SHELVES (2) <br />Two (2) vertically adjustable aluminum diamond plate shelves shall be mounted on Unistrut shelving standards, within <br />compartment "C". <br />FULL HEIGHT DIVIDER W/(1) ADJUSTABLE <br />SHELF: <br />The compartment as listed shall be equipped with a full height divider 12" off front wall, with one side for long equipment <br />storage and one 10.25" adjustable shelf on the other side of the divider. The divider shall be fabricated from a 0. 125" <br />aluminum panel with flanges on top and bottom and back edge for better attachment to the compartment. Dividers will be <br />finished off with a "Powder Coat' paint process. The shelf shall be mounted on four sections of aluminum Unistrut, and be <br />fully adjustable. <br />Divider shall be positioned 12" aft of fore compartment wall. <br />SPECIAL OPTION: <br />Too[ Board, Aluminum Pull -Out, w/Hanger for Stryker stair shall be provided in the "E" compartment. <br />BACKBOARD MOUNTS: <br />The right rear full height compartment shall be provided with (2) black rubber friction mounts for securing two (2) <br />backboards. The mount shall be fabricated from an "L" shaped (45"h x 16"d) 2" aluminum channel. The channel will be <br />bolted to the interior compartment, The rubber friction mount shall be press fitted onto each side of the 2" channel, full <br />­igth. Proper spacing shall be provided to allow for Long Boards with runners, <br />EQUIPMENT SECURING DEVICE: <br />The compartment(s) as listed below shall be provided with nylon strap(s) with metal buckle for securing the following <br />equipment; <br />Total of three (3) <br />- Fore of divider, 27" down from top of compartment. <br />- Fore of divider, 27" up from bottom of compartment <br />- Aft of divider, 22" down from top of compartment <br />MOUNTING HOOKS FOR EQUIPMENT: <br />The following compartment(s) as listed below shall be provided with Ferno Washington #559 hooks for hanging <br />equipment as specified. <br />Total of two (2) for hanging Fire Coats and Helmets. <br />- (1) Fore wall of Compartment "N', centered top to bottom and side to side. <br />- (1) Rear Wall of Compartment "A", centered top to bottom and centered between oxygen tank and fore wall. <br />SCBA MOUNTING, CORNER BRACKETS: <br />The location as listed below shall be equipped with customer supplied ZICO angle Mount, mounted in the inside corners <br />of the compartment to accept SCBA brackets. <br />Total of two (2) <br />A4539-0001 08/24/18 <br />12 <br />
