2019 International MV/PL Custom Titan 170 <br />Type I Ambulance Proposal Specification <br />STAINLESS STEEL DOOR SILL <br />PROTECTION PLATES: <br />Heavy duty stainless steel protection plates shall be installed on the lower edge of all entrance and compartment door <br />openings. The plates shall be a formed polished stainless steel angle with dimensions of 1/2" x 1", by full width of the door <br />opening, The angle plates shall be permanently mounted without the use of screws and be removable for replacement if <br />necessary. All edges shall be filed and deburred for a finished appearance. <br />COMPARTMENT VENTING: <br />The exterior compartments shall be vented to the exterior of the vehicle. The vents shall be located in the lower portion of <br />the compartments. Vents are installed to allow air to escape and allow the compartment door to close with ease. The <br />vents are added to an area above floor level to prevent road debris from entering the compartment, The vents shall have <br />a total of 25 square inches. <br />DR[-DEK FLOOR MATTING: <br />Dri-Dek material shall be installed on all floors of the exterior compartments. The Dri-Dek shall be custom cut to fit around <br />oxygen bottles and mounted equipment. The flush sweep -out floor edges shall include the Dri-Dek tapered edges. <br />RUBBER MATTING SHELVES: <br />A, 125" rubber mat material shall be installed on all shelves of the exterior compartments. The rubber matting material <br />shall be custom cut to fit each compartment shelf. <br />)IDE ENTRANCE DOOR STEPWELL: <br />The floor of the step well compartment shall be lined with nonskid Turtle Tile mat. The mat shall be removable for ease of <br />cleaning. <br />COMPARTMENT CONFIGURATIONS AND EQUIPMENT <br />OXYGEN BRACKET, COMPARMENT A <br />The Oxygen bracket as described shall be installed within compartment "A". <br />ADJUSTABLE SHELF EXTERIOR COMPARTMENT "A": <br />An adjustable shelf shall be added to the left front exterior compartment. The shelf shall be mounted on four sections of <br />aluminum Unistrut, and be fully adjustable. <br />ADUSTABLE SHELF <br />One (1) vertically adjustable aluminum diamond plate shelf shall be mounted on Unistrut shelving standards, within <br />compartment "B". <br />A4539-0001 <br />08/24/18 <br />11 <br />
