Preliminary orderer were_ made on the followigg improvements. Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Pagin Street from Hine Street to Linden Avenue. in the City of South Bend, Indiana, with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, brick or emulsified asphalt, in purusance to R-esolution No. 1009 this being the day set for the making of the preliminary order designating the kind of pavement, the Board at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday August 22nd., 1922 publicly opened read and considered all bids and then continued thet meeting 'to Wednesday August 23rd., 1922 at 7*15 P.M. ' Now on last named date the Boardddsigzr�lted Asphaltic concrete as the'kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved and fixes the 4th. day of September 1922 at 10:00 1A.M. as the time when petiti<n s for chang- ing the kind of pavement must be'filed, and the Board hereby continues this matte until the 5th. day of September 1922 at 10:00 A.M. on the day above named the Board will either pass on petitions let said contract or reject all bids. Assessment roil No. 1083 for reassessment of Stocker Place Adams Street, & Thompson Street pipe sewer, under Improvement Resolution No. 679. Assessment roll No. 1015 reassessment of Portage Avenue from Trunk sewer, under Improvement Resolution No. 502; Resolved, by the Board that all of the above reassessments be and are hereby approved this 23rd. day of August 1922 and the Clerk instructed to certffy the same to the City Controller and City Treasurer.
