<br />4' Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St
<br />Joseph County, State of Indiana, -That it is deemed necessary to 'improve Taylor Street
<br />from Indiana Avenue to the Terre Haute & Logansport R R. as follows, to -wit:-
<br />Said.street shall be graded from property line to property line to
<br />the established grade and-'eement sidewalk and cement curb shall be constructed along
<br />both sides of said Taylor'Street`from Indiana Avenue to the Terre Haute and Logansport

<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 957.
<br />Be I Resol-ved by the Board of
<br />St. Joseph Countyq State 'of Indiaana, that it is
<br />The alley north of -Lincoln Way West from Leland
<br />as follows, to carts -
<br />Public forks of the City of Suth Bead,
<br />desired and deemed necessary to improve
<br />Avenue to the alley east of Wood Street
<br />Said alley small be graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; also
<br />the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alles which enter it intersect
<br />said alley shall be graded.and paved. The ppaving material to be used in making said
<br />improvement shall be Sleet Asphalt, bitultihic , asphaltic concrete, brick or Portland
<br />cement concrete seven (7) inc es thick, and the foundation shall be portland cement
<br />concrete six (6) inches thick for the Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithic, asphaltic concrete and
<br />brick or rolled graven sYx (6) inches thic1 for the brick, storm water inlets and con-
<br />duits shall be constructed where necessary all storm water inlets and manholes tops steal
<br />be sob to the proper grade; cement marginal curb shall be constructed at all street and_
<br />alley intersections where necessary, ail as is more particularly shows and all in
<br />accordance with the plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on.file in the
<br />Office of the Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
