<br />STREET OR ALLEY IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 958.

<br />Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of tke City of South Bend,
<br />St. Joseph County, State°of Indiana, that it is desired and deeemed necessary is improve
<br />College Street from Lincoln Way Vest to Vassar Avenue as follows, to-witt-
<br />Said street shall be graded and the roadway thereof shall be'paved; also
<br />the roadway of certain portions of the streets and alleys which enter or intersect said
<br />street shall be -graded and paved, The paving material to'be used in the making of said
<br />improvement shall be Sheet Asphalt, Bitulithic, Asphaltic concrete, brick or portland cement
<br />concrete seven (7) inches thickl and the foundation shall be portland cement concrete six
<br />(6) inches thick fo the Sheet Asphalt,-bitulithic, asphaltic concrete abd brick or rolled
<br />gravel six (6) inches thick for the brick, also cement curb shall be constructed along said
<br />street where same is necessary and not already constru9tedat all street and alley inter-
<br />sections where necessary, all as is more particularly shown and all in accordance with the
<br />plans, profiles, detail drawings and specifications on file in the Office of the Department
<br />of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
