The following appraisers report received read and approved by the Board. STATE OF INDIANA ST. JOSEPH COUNTY ) SS IN THE ST. JOSEPH ° SUPERIOR COURT # 2. March Term 1922. WILLIAM N. BERGAN vs. CITY OF SOUTH BEND. Be It Remembered That an the 331st, day of March, 1922. the same being the 23rd. Judicial day of the MarcA Term 1922. of the St. Joseph Superior Court No. 2 begun held and continued at the Court House in South Bend, before the Honorable Andrew' N. Hildebrand Judge of said Court, pro tem the following gudgement and decree was rendered in the above entitled cause, to -wit: ' WILLIAM N. BERGAN VS CITY OF SOUTH BEND. Comes Now Claude J. Jackson, H. G. Miller, and J. H. Kelsoy,.heretofore appointed appraisers in the above entitled cause of action and file our oath and report as such appraisers which said report is in the words and Figures as follows, to--wit:- *e, the undersigned appraisers, hereby report that we have viewed the real estate described in plaintiff's complaint to ether with the proposed improvement mentioned in said complaint, and find #&[2t.and hereby report that the assessment cemplai ed of is not eXcessive, and we hereby claim for our services as such appraisers the sum of 10.00 Dollars each. It is , therefore, ordered and ad1judged that the certified copy of the said report be filed with the Board of Public Works of�the City of South Bend, and that the defendant herein, recover of and from the plaintfiff its costs in the above entitled cause of action:, together with the sum of Thirty Dollars as fees for said appraisers. J Pole and wire inspector reported as follows on complaint about pole at rear of 1111 Campau Street in the way of a new garage. ' This being the date set for the deferred hearing on Track Separation plans and estimates hearings and other track separation matter's, Board advised that this hearing be deferred until May 2nd., 1922 at 10:00 A.M.
