771 <br />The Board ordered that the following letter be.sent to the Postal Telegraph <br />and Cable Company . <br />Mr. 0, W. Baker <br />Gen. Supt. pf Plat <br />of Postal Telegraph -Cable Co. <br />Chicago, I11. <br />Dear Sir :- <br />Replying to your letter of Sept. 27th. , 1915 will say that the Board of Public <br />Worms will grant you: permission to go aerial on the small stretch on Michigan Avenue <br />between Wilber and Olive Streets as you suggest in your letter, provided however, that you <br />go jointly with the Traction Company. The Traction Conpany insist that their poles are in <br />good shape and that they are no covered by this Ordinance and this is the opinion of the <br />Board. <br />IY, this work is not started within the next fifteen (15) days, our legal <br />department till be notified to bring prosecution against your ODapany as provided by the <br />Underground Ordinance. <br />Thanking you, We remain, <br />Board of Public Works, <br />President. <br />
