Condemnation Resolution No. 35. Beginning at a point on the north line of Corby Street 126 feet east of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence northerly on a straight line to a point on the south line of Napoleon Street 103.7 feet east of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence east one the south line of Napoleon Street 14 feet; thence south on a straight line to a point on the north line of Corby Street 14 feet east of the place of beginning ; thence weest on the north line c/o Corby Street 14 feet to the place of beginning. Excepting therefrom the First east and west alley north of Corby Street, first alley north Howard Street and first lley north of St. Vincent Street and Howard and St. Vincent aStreets which are already public thoroughfares. Thereupon the.Board proceeded to award the damages sustained and to assess the benefits aetruing to each piece of property upon said list. It was thereupon, upon motion duly made and seconded and unanimously adopted resolved that said list, together with the amounts of benefits and damages and net benefits acid net damages therein set forth as to the several parcels of land be adopted and ordered :wt spread upon ti is record by". reference, and that the respective amount of benefits contained in said hi'st be and are hereby assessed against the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in said list, and that the res ectove amounts of damages contained in the said list be and are hereby awarded to the several tracts of land as specifically set forth in -said list and that the net benefits or net damages, as the case may be as to the respective tracts of land, contained in said list are hereby awarded or assessed, as the case may be as to the said se veral tracts df land.
