The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the other where both benefits and damages are assessed against the same piece of property, tract of land or interest, and hereby fixes said respective net benefits as the'amount that shall be paid by the respective owners as benefits, and further hereby fixes the respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the owners of the respective tracts as damages. Thereupon, upon motion duly 4iade and seconded and unanimously adopted, the 17th. Aay of August,1915 was fixed as the deny on which this Board will receive or hear remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respective awards or asses& ments, and the Clerk of this Board was instiu. cted to prepare and cause to be duly and legally given, notices to the owners of each parcel of property,showing the amount of the assessments or award, with a description of the property affected,.and the date of sd said hearing. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NOL 36. Beginning at a point on the north line of Corby Street 126 feet east of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence northerly on a stra*ghf line to a point on the south line of Howard Street 119.45 feet east of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence east 14 feet thence southerly on a straight line to a point on the north line of Corby Street 14 feet east of beginning; thence west 14 feet to the place of beginning. Begin a strip of land 7 feet on each side of the northerly and southerly center line of block bounded by St. Peter Street, Howard Street, Notre Dame Avenue and Corby Street. Excepting therefrom the first east and west alley north of Corby Street which is already a public thoroughfare. THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY MAY BE INJURIOUSLY OR BeNeFICIALLY AFFeCTeD.
