72? <br />Tuesday July 20th.,1915 Continued. <br />The Board hereby further sets off the benefits and damages each against the <br />other where both benefits and damages are assessed against the same piece of property, <br />tract of land or interest, and hereby fixes said respective net benefits as the'amount <br />that shall be paid by the respective owners as benefits, and further hereby fixes the <br />respective net damages as to the several tracts as the amount that shall be paid to the <br />owners of the respective tracts as damages. <br />Thereupon, upon motion duly 4iade and seconded and unanimously adopted, the <br />17th. Aay of August,1915 was fixed as the deny on which this Board will receive or hear <br />remonstrances from persons with regard to the amount of their respective awards or asses& <br />ments, and the Clerk of this Board was instiu. cted to prepare and cause to be duly and <br />legally given, notices to the owners of each parcel of property,showing the amount of <br />the assessments or award, with a description of the property affected,.and the date of sd <br />said hearing. <br />CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NOL 36. <br />Beginning at a point on the north line of Corby Street 126 feet east of the east line <br />of St. Peter Street; thence northerly on a stra*ghf line to a point on the south line of <br />Howard Street 119.45 feet east of the east line of St. Peter Street; thence east 14 feet <br />thence southerly on a straight line to a point on the north line of Corby Street 14 feet <br />east of beginning; thence west 14 feet to the place of beginning.
