Laboratory analyses will be completed on a standard two - <br />week turnaround from receipt by the laboratory. Laboratory analytical data validation will <br />commence soon thereafter. SMP implementation and General Consulting will be provided <br />on an "as needed" basis. <br />ESTIMATED COSTS <br />The scope and associated costs related to Task 1 and Task 2 were dictated by EPA. Anticipated <br />unit costs and task duration/other assumptions are listed below per task. A 10% contingency has <br />been applied to costs for each task. All estimates are considered time and materials not -to - <br />exceed without approval. <br />Task 1: Waste Delineation Outside of the LPA - North of Linden Avenue ($14,000) <br />• Supervising Environmental Manager @$1401hour — estimated 8 hours (work plan, safety <br />plan, subcontractor contracts, report (as -needed) review and approval) <br />• Senior Geologist (Project Manager) @$1301hour — estimated 40 hours (work plan <br />development, safety plan development, QAPP amendment, subcontractor bids and <br />contracts, analysis of data, report development {as -needed}) <br />• Field Geologist @$951hour — estimated 22 hours (field supervision and boring logs) <br />• Two days estimated drilling time (drilling subcontractor $3,520) <br />• Soil sampling (laboratory $3,520 — costs added as contingency if EPA requires based on <br />field observations) <br />Task 2: Monitor Well Installation, Development, and Groundwater Sampling ($89,000) <br />• Supervising Environmental Manager @$1401hour — estimated 12 hours (work plan, safety <br />plan, subcontractor contracts, logs, survey, report (as -needed) review and approval) <br />• Senior Geologist (Project Manager) @$130lhotrr — estimated 120 hours (work plan <br />development, safety plan development, QAPP amendment, subcontractor bids and <br />contracts, field oversight, well development and sampling, analysis of data, report <br />development {as -needed)) <br />• Field Geologist @$95/hour — estimated 88 hours (well installation, soil sampling, well <br />development and container management, groundwater sampling, and well logs) <br />• Ten days estimated drilling time (drilling subcontractor ($17,000) <br />• Drummed groundwater disposal ($2,500) <br />• Sampling, data interpretation and validation (laboratory and validator $28,000) <br />Task 3: Soil Management Plan Implementation and Waste Soil Disposal ($75,000) <br />• Supervising Environmental Manager @$1401hour — estimated 8 hours (safety plan, <br />subcontractor contracts, report (as -needed) review and approval) <br />
