Scope of Work and Cost Proposal for Beck's Lake NPL/LaSalle Park Area August 6, 2018 Page 5 of 8 • Senior Geologist (Project Manager) @$130/hour — estimated 40 hours (SMP review/explanation with site contractors, safety plan development, figure development, data documentation, report development {as -needed)) • Field Geologist @$951hour — estimated 120 hours (contractor oversight, air monitoring, soil sampling, waste management) • Fifteen days estimated oversight time over varied periods of time • Waste disposal — estimated 800 tons ($35,200) • Soil sampling for backfill and landfill waste profiling, data interpretation and validation (laboratory and validator $7,000) • Air/vapor/dust monitoring and safety equipment ($3,600) Task 4: Provide Assistance to Project Coordinator for On -Going Deliverables ($20,000) • Senior Geologist @$130/hour — estimate 150 hours for 2018 at direction of Project Coordinator and approval of PRPs Total Estimated Costs .................................................... $198,000 Please note that the costs presented therein are our best estimate of the time and materials involved in the project which Jones Petrie Rafinski will not exceed without prior approval. Should the scope of services require modification (i.e., additional/less borings) based upon field conditions and/or circumstances that would not have otherwise been anticipated, JPR will notify the client of such "changed conditions" and resultant cost implications to the project. Assuming a portion of the project is ongoing, our services will be billed monthly. Payment will be subject to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement (PSA). JPR understands that the scope and costs proposed herein are for work anticipated through the end of the calendar year 2018 per the terms of the PSA. Should you have any questions or comments concerning our services or charges during the course of the work, please bring them to our attention immediately for quick resolution. PROJECT TEAM JPR will dedicate the necessary professional resources to conduct this project in a timely manner. R. Joseph Trojan will manage the project and will be assisted by technical staff including Joshua Klosinski, to complete the work described herein. Mr. Trojan and Mr. Klosinski have experience working on the Beck's Lake NPL / LaSalle Park Area site and the other project team members have experience in conducting projects of similar scope and size.
