ADDITIONAL SERVICES: <br />1. The Owner may choose to have additional services performed beyond the scope <br />outlined under Basic Services above. The Architect will not perform any services <br />without the approval of the Owner (email or written directive). <br />D. REIMBURSIBLES: <br />1. The Architect will bill reimbursable costs to the Owner without a mark -up. <br />Reimbursable expenses entail travel mileage, long distance calls, reproduction <br />costs, photographic documentation, mailing, delivery, and handling of documents or <br />other similar expenses incurred by the Architect in the interest of the Project. <br />III. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />1. The Owner shall provide information regarding the existing site. If a survey <br />exists, please provide (property lines, topography, easements, etc.) describing <br />the physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations of the site of <br />the project, including a legal description. <br />B.
