• <br />September 21, 2011 <br />Agreement for Preliminary Architectural Design and Planning Services <br />for <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />227 West Jefferson Blvd. Suite 1200 <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Between the Owner: South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />(hereinafter referred to as Owner) <br />and the Architect: Kil Architecture /Planning (hereinafter referred to as Architect) <br />for the following projects: Consultation to Investigate Marketability for Two 0.5 acre sites in <br />the East Bank Village <br />The Owner shall furnish surveys and documentation describing the physical characteristics of <br />the site, legal description and utility locations for use by the Architect. It is understood that the <br />project scope will provide assistance in the development of a possible multi -use building use for <br />two separate parcels. <br />A. BASIC SCOPE OF CONSULTATION SERVICES: <br />1. General: <br />a. The Architect will provide consultation to: <br />.1 Prepare Program options for highest and best use <br />.2 Site Planning <br />.3 Schematic Building Design. <br />2. Prepare Preliminary Schematic Plans consisting of: <br />a. Preliminary Site Plan Options <br />b. Preliminary Schematic Floor Plan Options <br />c. Preliminary Schematic Elevations <br />d. Review Schematic Plans with Economic Development Staff for input. <br />Provide revised plans. Two sets of revisions are included in the scope of <br />this proposal. <br />e. The Architect will review the plans with the Zoning Administrator and <br />Building Commissioner for their comment use, parking development <br />standards. <br />11. FEES: <br />A.
