Design Development or Construction Document are not included in this proposal. <br />4. Development of mechanical /electrical design are not included in this proposal. <br />5. Bidding and construction administrative services are not included in this proposal. <br />6. Changes to the scope of the program and design requested by the Owner after the <br />Preliminary Study has begun, requiring additional time on behalf of the Architect <br />7. Site storm water and sewer design. <br />8. Energy and economic analysis, lifecycle and energy cost analysis. <br />9. Formal LEED or Green Building Certification or Commissioning. <br />I. PAYMENT TERMS: <br />I. Payments are due and payable 30 days from the date of the Architect's invoice. <br />Amounts unpaid 30 days after invoice date shall bear interest at a rate of 1.5 % /mo. <br />If the Owner shall violate or breach the terms or conditions of this contract, the Owner shall <br />pay all costs and expenses including any attorney fees incurred by the Architect in <br />connection with its exercising his rights or remedies he may have under this agreement <br />because of such violation or breach. <br />If this letter proposal properly sets forth the scope of the architectural planning and design <br />services, please countersign below. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal.
