Jefferson Boulevard, South <br />Bend, Indiana 46601, the Commission heard all persons interested in the <br />proceedings and received and considered o written remonstrances <br />and objections and other such evidence presented. <br />ILI NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission, governing body of the City of South Bend, <br />Department of Redevelopment, as follows: <br />1. The Commission finds that the amendment is reasonable and <br />
