appropriate when considered in relation to the Development Plan. <br />2. The Commission finds that the Development Plan, with the proposed <br />amendment, conforms to the comprehensive plan of the City. <br />3. To accomplish the goals and objectives of the Development Plan, it <br />is necessary to acquire additional land within the Development Area <br />as shown on the attached Exhibit "A." <br />4. It is estimated that the cost of acquisition and development of the <br />property being added to the list of parcels to be acquired is <br />$82,750.00 <br />5. The Development Plan is amended on pages 8, 9 and 10 as shown <br />by the pages attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and is hereby in all <br />respects approved. <br />6. The Secretary is hereby directed to file a certified copy of said Airport <br />Economic Development Area Development Plan, as amended, with <br />the minutes of this meeting. <br />7. The Secretary is hereby directed to record this Resolution with the <br />Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder pursuant to the <br />requirements of I.C. 36- 7- 14- 17.5(8). <br />8. All other findings, determinations, and conclusions in Resolution No. <br />919, as amended, shall remain as stated therein. <br />9.
