1988 Broadmoor Shopping Plaza refurbished. <br />1989 Goodrich Theaters plans 14- screen movie theater to be built <br />on SW corner of Scottsdale Mall abutting the parking lot all <br />the way to U.S. 20. Mall to finance the project. <br />Erskine Plaza opens. <br />1990 Rezoning and variance approved for Goodrich Theaters. <br />Construction to begin in February with an opening on July 4. <br />Mass Mutual takes over management of Scottsdale Mall and <br />assumes the $22 million mortgage. <br />1991 L.S.
