South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br /> Regular Meeting—July 26, 2011 <br /> 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br /> A. Public Hearing <br /> (1) continued... <br /> responded that it has fluctuated over the <br /> years. <br /> Ms. King asked for clarification that TIF <br /> funds are at $495,000 right now to which Ms. <br /> Leonard-Inks agreed yes. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the public hearing is <br /> complete containing: (1) A copy of <br /> Resolution No. 2906 determining to make the <br /> appropriation and setting the public hearing <br /> on Resolution No. 2907; (2) a copy of the <br /> Notice of Hearing; a copy of Resolution <br /> No. 2907, the subject of the public hearing; <br /> (3) an affidavit from Jacki Krolczyk, <br /> Advertising Director of the South Bend <br /> Tribune, that the Notice of Hearing was <br /> published in that newspaper on July 8, 2011; <br /> (4) and an affidavit from Richard Andrysiak, <br /> Classified Manager of the Tri-County News, <br /> that the Notice of Hearing was published in <br /> that newspaper on July 8, 2011. <br /> Ms. Jones opened the Public Hearing for <br /> anyone who wished to speak regarding <br /> Resolution No. 2907. There was no one who <br /> wished to speak. Ms. Jones closed the <br /> Public Hearing for whatever action the <br /> Commission wished to take. <br /> (2) Consideration of Resolution No. 2907. <br /> Mr. Varner questioned if the TIF funds were <br /> going to be used for the Hansel Center. Mr. <br /> Gibney responded that it was not and the city <br /> recently acquired the one-story office <br /> 5 <br />
