Receipt of Bids <br /> (1) Receipt of Bids for 609 Columbia Street in <br /> the South Bend Central Development <br /> Area. <br /> Mr. Inks noted that the five properties here No BIDS WERE RECEIVED <br /> are all residential properties. No bids were <br /> received for any of the five. The law <br /> stipulates that the Commission may not <br /> consider any non-conforming offer until <br /> thirty days after the formal receipt of bids. <br /> After that time it can consider a negotiated <br /> offer. Staff believes there is some interest in <br /> the properties. We will continue to pursue <br /> those. <br /> (2) Receipt of Bids for 602 Carroll Street in <br /> the South Bend Central Development <br /> Area. <br /> No bids were received.
