APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br /> 438 FUND COVELESKI BOND <br /> Larson Danielson Construction 18,376.74 Coveleski Stormwater System <br /> Total $ 1,121,352.28 <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by Ms. King COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS <br /> and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the SUBMITTED JULY 26,2011,AND ORDERED THE <br /> Claims submitted July 26, 2011, and ordered checks to CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br /> be released. <br /> 4. COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications. THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br /> 5. OLD BUSINESS <br /> There was no Old Business. THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br /> 6. NEW BUSINESS <br /> A. Public Hearing <br /> (1) Public Hearing on Resolution No. 2907 <br /> appropriating tax increment financing <br /> revenues from Allocation Area Fund for <br /> the payment of certain obligations and <br /> expenses related to the West Washington- <br /> Chapin Development Area Allocation <br /> Area. <br /> Ms. Leonard-Inks noted that Resolution <br /> No. 2907, appropriates $495,000 from the <br /> West Washington-Chapin TIF. The city has <br /> $295,000 now, and expects to receive the <br /> remaining $200,000 in the end of year <br /> distribution. $495,000 is a conservative <br /> estimate. The city received $630,000 from <br /> the WWCDA TIF in 2010. <br /> Mr. Varner asked if the city can expect <br /> $630,000 this year. Ms. Leonard-Inks <br /> 4 <br />
