South Street 1,446 ft2 (S) $25,000 <br /> Strong emphasis will be placed <br /> 602 Carroll Street 1,823 ft2 (D) $27,000 during the review process on <br /> compatibility with the goals and <br /> objectives of the Monroe Park <br /> $17,000 Neighborhood and the South Bend <br /> 620 Columbia Street 1 174 ft2 (D) Central Development planning area, <br /> with an added preference for single- <br /> family structures. <br /> The fair market values of the properties were <br /> derived as the average of two independent <br /> MAI appraisals. Staff requests approval of <br /> Resolution No. 2902. <br /> Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION No.2902 <br /> Ms. King and unanimously carried, the APPROVING THE FAIR MARKET VALUE OF <br /> Commission approved Resolution No. 2902 PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT AREA(SIX MONROE PARK <br /> approving the fair market value of property NEIGHBORHOOD PROPERTIES) <br /> in the South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (Six Monroe Park Neighborhood properties). <br /> (3) Bid Specifications and Design <br /> Considerations for 609 Columbia Street. <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that the Bid Specifications <br /> and Design Considerations for each of the <br /> Monroe Park properties include that <br /> proposals must conform to the existing <br /> zoning provisions set forth for the "SF 1" and <br /> "SF2" Residential District; must include a <br /> 22 <br />
