South Bend Central Development Area <br /> (1) continued... <br /> the city will work out an agreement with the <br /> Redevelopment Authority. <br /> Mr. Varner asked whether there might be any <br /> possibility of development occurring at the <br /> Emporium or Redevelopment Authority's <br /> parking lots at some future time. Mr. <br /> Matthews' response was that the restrictions <br /> would prevent anyone building above three <br /> stories, to not block the views. The property <br /> will remain vacant and kept as a parking lot. <br /> Mr. Relos noted that the attorneys are very <br /> close to coming to an agreement which will <br /> be subject to approval by the Redevelopment <br /> Authority. <br /> Ms. King made a motion to approve the COMMISSION APPROVED THE AGREEMENT FOR <br /> Agreement for Sale of Land for the northeast SALE OF LAND FOR THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> corner of Jefferson and Niles with River -JEFFERSON&NILES WITH RIVER RACE <br /> Race Townhomes LLC. Mr. Downes TOWNHOMES LLC.(TROEGER SITE <br /> seconded the motion. The motion passed on <br /> a vote of four in favor. Mr. Varner opposed. <br /> (2) Resolution No. 2902 approving the fair <br /> market value of property in the South <br /> Bend Central Development Area (Six <br /> Monroe Park Neighborhood properties). <br /> Mr. Sikora noted that Resolution No. 2902 <br /> sets the fair market value for five residential <br /> properties located in the Monroe Park <br /> Neighborhood, within the South Bend <br /> Central Development Area, as listed here: <br /> 6.
