NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />f. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposals from <br />Douglas L. Carpenter and Farrington Appraisals, <br />Inc. for professional appraisal services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. (Baer's <br />parking lot) <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Recovering of Awning for the Wayne Street <br />Garage Retail Space in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />Mr. Giulioni explained that the current awning <br />covering is in need of replacement. One proposal <br />from Affordable Awning & Canvas in the <br />amount of $2,138 was received by staff. The <br />staff recommended accepting the proposal. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Affordable Awning & Canvas for recovering of <br />the awning for the Wayne Street Garage Retail <br />Space in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />h.
