NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />1. continued... <br />Southhold Restoration, Inc. is now asking for <br />the Certificate of Completion. Staff has <br />reviewed the file and the property and has found <br />that it meets the criteria for a Certificate of <br />Completion. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Completion for property located in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (312 -316 East <br />South St.) <br />m. Commission approval requested for the <br />transfer of real estate from Ditmer Trucking <br />LLC to JTD Ditmer Realty LLC. (Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area) <br />Mr. Inks explained that the Commission had <br />previously sold the property to Ditmer Trucking <br />LLC. Ditmer Trucking LLC has completed its <br />building on the property and before the <br />landscaping is done, would like to transfer <br />ownership of the property to JTD Ditmer Realty <br />LLC. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the transfer of real estate <br />from Ditmer Trucking LLC to JTD Ditmer <br />Realty LLC. (Sample -Ewing Development Area) <br />n.
