NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />n. continued... <br />Mr. Inks explained that items 6.n and 6.o relate <br />to property previously transferred to the City of <br />South Bend. The items were put on the agenda <br />by mistake due to human error. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission rescinded Resolution No. 1824 <br />approving the transfer of real property to the City <br />of South Bend. <br />o. Commission approval requested to rescind <br />Resolution No. 1825 approving the transfer of <br />real property to the City of South Bend. <br />AWK Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission rescinded Resolution No. 1825 <br />approving the transfer of real property to the City <br />of South Bend. <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Authorization to Submit a Petition to Vacate <br />Public Rights -of -Way. (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />Mr. Giulioni explained that the River Glen Office <br />Project wants to have a public right -of -way <br />vacated. The Commission owns the property on <br />one side of the public right -of -way and must be a <br />party to the petition.
