Mr. Follensbee stated that prices <br />would range from $135 to $210 per night, <br />depending on the suite. <br />Ms. Jones asked what the meeting room capacity <br />would be. Mr. Follensbee stated that depending <br />on the seating arrangement they could <br />accommodate from 35 to 200 people. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the sale of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area to County <br />Mayo Irish Inn & Pub contingent upon receiving <br />the performance guarantee and the ability to <br />move the Marathon Oil pipeline. (Lot 3, <br />Blackthorn Corporate Center) <br />b. Commission approval requested for the <br />purchase of equipment in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Blackthorn <br />Golf Course) <br />Mr. Rock explained that the equipment needed <br />is a ball picker and adapter for the golf course. <br />Staff has received two proposals to provide the <br />equipment. The first proposal is from Easy <br />Picker Golf Products in the amount of $2,271 <br />and the second proposal is from Richardson Golf <br />Sales, Inc. in the amount of $2,718. Staff <br />recommends approving the proposal from Easy <br />Picker Golf Products. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE DISPOSITION <br />OF PROPERTY IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA CONTINGENT UPON <br />RECEIVING THE PERFORMANCE <br />GUARANTEE AND THE ABILITY TO MOVE <br />THE MARATHON OIL PIPELINE (LOT 3, <br />BLACKTHORN CORPORATE CENTER) <br />
