E. <br />McCloskey & Associates in the amount of <br />$2800. <br />The staff recommended the Commission accept <br />the proposals from Jerome E. Michaels and Rick <br />Pitts for appraisals of the properties at 600 Niles <br />Avenue, 529 Crescent Street, and the adjacent <br />vacant lot. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposals from <br />Jerome E. Michaels and Rick E. Pitts for <br />professional services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Appraisal of 600 Niles <br />Avenue, 529 Crescent Street and the adjacent <br />vacant lot.) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />professional surveying services in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (Survey of <br />600 Niles Avenue, 529 Crescent Street, and the <br />adjacent vacant lot) <br />Mr. Mathia reported that two proposals were <br />received for surveying the properties at 600 Niles <br />Avenue, 529 Crescent Street, and the adjacent <br />vacant lot. The first was from Brian Puckett at <br />Lang, Feeney & Associates, Inc., in the amount <br />of $1,500. The second was from Michael J. <br />Danch at Danch Hamer & Associates, Inc., in the <br />amount of $1,435. The staff recommended the <br />ME <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSALS FROM <br />JEROME E. MICHAELS AND RICK E.
