(Revised <br />Master Plan Agreement for East Bank <br />project area) <br />Mr. Mathia explained that on September 7 <br />the Commission approved a letter of <br />agreement with Lehman and Lehman to <br />develop an East Bank Master Plan. The <br />contract amount was not to exceed $20,000. <br />The original scope of services called for data <br />collection obtained through meetings with <br />City staff as well as site visits and a charette <br />to be held among City staff and members of <br />the community in order to prepare the <br />master plan. Shortly after approval of this <br />agreement, staff was contacted by Holladay <br />Corporation who proposed developing the <br />G <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE PROPOSAL OF EIS <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERS TO PERFORM A <br />PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT IN THE <br />SOUTH BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(216, 218, 228, 230 -237 SYCAMORE, 305 E. <br />COLFAX, VACANT LOT AND PAVED LOT AT <br />SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SYCAMORE AND <br />LASALLE STREETS) <br />
