(Wayne Z. and Earl S. <br />Woodworth) <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release of <br />Mortgage for property located at 107 <br />South William Street. (Wayne Z. and Earl <br />S. Woodworth) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the total amount of the <br />loan has been fully waived, all obligations are <br />satisfied and the mortgage can be released. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of <br />Obligations and Release of Mortgage for <br />property located at 107 South William Street. <br />(Wayne Z. and Earl S.
