South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting — January 18, 2002 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) C. South Bend Central Development Area (1) continued... Area No. 1A) Special Fund and setting a Public Hearing for February 01, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Rock noted that Resolutions No. 1859, 1860, 1861, and 1862, were filed at the January 2 meeting. They set public hearings for January 18 on appropriations for each of the development areas. However, the Notices of Public Hearing did not get published in the Tri- County News as required. So the public hearing on these resolutions needs to be rescheduled to February 1. We are approving these resolutions with the new public hearing date. At the February 1 meeting we will have a supplemental resolution to Resolution No. 1859 which will appropriate $5,500,000 for the South Bend Central Development Area. Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the Commission approved Resolution No. 1859 a resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determining to pay certain expenses incurred for local public improvements in or serving the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1 A) from the South Bend Central Allocation Area (South Bend Allocation Area No. 1 A) Special Fund and set a Public Hearing for February 01, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1859 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION DETERMINING TO PAY CERTAIN EXPENSES INCURRED FOR LOCAL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN OR SERVING THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 1 A) FROM THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL ALLOCATION AREA (SOUTH BEND ALLOCATION AREA NO. 1 A) SPECIAL FUND AND SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR FEBRUARY 01, 2002 AT 10:00 A.M.
