Housing <br />(1) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Mr. Caldwell and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Subordination <br />Agreement for property located at 804 <br />Portage Avenue. (Robert P. and Charlene <br />K. Bollman) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in accordance with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2002 S. Chapin St. (Denise <br />Banke) <br />Mr. Inks noted that the loan is $2,250. The <br />grant is $7,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in accordance with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 2002 S. <br />Chapin St. (Denise Banke) <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for property located <br />at 107 South William Street. (Wayne Z. <br />and Earl S. Woodworth) <br />Mr. Inks explained that under the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program ten percent of the loan <br />is forgiven each year if the conditions of the <br />agreement are met. Those conditions have <br />been met and the Certificate of Waiver will <br />approve a waiver in the amount of $1,700 as <br />of December 15, 2001.
