Commission approval of the Minutes of the <br />Special Meeting of January 2, 2002. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Ms. Jones and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Minutes of the <br />Special Meeting of January 2, 2002.. <br />3. Tax abatements <br />(1) No Business <br />B. Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Subordination Agreement for property <br />located at 804 Portage Avenue. (Robert <br />P. and Charlene K. Bollman) <br />Ms. Greene noted that the property owner <br />wishes to refinance the property and has <br />asked us to subordinate our interest in the <br />property to that of the new lender. It was <br />subordinated to the previous lender.
