Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />Commission for development of the site. <br />The staff is presently working with United <br />Beverage and requests that the <br />Commission provide an additional 30 day <br />study period for the petitioner to finalize <br />project issues. The 30 day period will be <br />adequate to meet the needs of the staff to <br />bring this project to the Commission in a <br />final format. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved an additional <br />30 day study period for United Beverage <br />concerning disposition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Lots 11, 12 & 13 US 31 Ind. Park) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Asbestos Survey at 52720 Olive Rd.) <br />Mr. Willliams reported that two proposals <br />were received for an asbestos survey at <br />52720 Olive Road. ACM Environmental, <br />Inc. proposed to complete the work for a <br />cost of $750. Wightman Petrie <br />Environmental, Inc. proposed to complete <br />the work for a cost of $550. The staff <br />recommends accepting the proposal from <br />Wightman Petrie Environmental, Inc. for <br />$550.00. <br />Mr. Hunt asked what property was being <br />referenced. <br />21 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED AN ADDITIONAL <br />30 DAY STUDY PERIOD FOR UNITED BEVERAGE <br />CONCERNING DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(LOTS 11, 12 & 13 US 31 IND.
