Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(4) continued... <br />The sublease must stipulate that Dewald <br />Bail Bonds would not be entitled to <br />relocation benefits if and when the <br />SASCO lease is terminated. The sublease <br />should be contingent upon agreement on <br />appropriate signage. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, seconded <br />by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a request to <br />sublease a portion of property at 410 W. <br />Sample in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area subject to satisfactory <br />approval of signage and terms of a written <br />lease reviewed by legal counsel. <br />E. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(1) Staff report on disposition of property <br />in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Lots 11, 12 & 13 US 31 Ind. <br />Park) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that on <br />November 2, 2001, United Beverage, <br />through a representative of FM Stone <br />Commercial, requested a 120 day study <br />period to do a feasibility study on three <br />lots in the US 31 Industrial Park. Part of <br />the Commission's approval was that in 60 <br />days from the November 2 "d date, United <br />Beverage would ask for an additional 60 <br />day period. On January 2, 2002, the <br />Commission approved an additional 60 <br />day study period. On March 1, 2002, a <br />proposal was to be submitted to the <br />20 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED A REQUEST TO <br />SUBLEASE A PORTION OF PROPERTY AT 410 W. <br />SAMPLE IN THE SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY APPROVAL OF <br />SIGNAGE AND TERMS OF A WRITTEN LEASE <br />REVIEWED BY LEGAL COUNSEL. <br />
