Housing <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Agreement for Rehabilitation of Real <br />Property with Tri -M Construction, Inc. <br />for property located in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (Wenger Homestead - <br />Local & National Historic Landmark <br />Property, 701 Pennsylvania Avenue) <br />Mr. Mariani advised that the agreement <br />memorializes the relationship between <br />Tri -M Construction and the Redevelopment <br />Commission for rehabilitation work on the <br />Wenger Homestead. The documents have <br />been reviewed by the legal department, the <br />contract amount is $80,350 and, per the <br />agreement, work is to be completed on or <br />before December 9, 2002. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Jones, seconded by <br />Ms. Roemer and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Agreement for <br />Rehabilitation of Real Property with Tri -M <br />Construction, Inc. for property located in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. (Wenger <br />Homestead -Local & National Historic <br />Landmark Property, 701 Pennsylvania <br />Avenue) <br />D. South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1911 approving the <br />execution of a Development Agreement <br />and other related documents associated <br />with the Water's Edge Project. <br />10 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE AGREEMENT FOR <br />REHABILITATION OF REAL PROPERTY WITH TRI- <br />M CONSTRUCTION, INC.
