Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that the Commission <br />approved the Old Fort Building Supply <br />project proposal at a Special Commission <br />Meeting on March 28, 2002. The proposal <br />is for the sale of Parcel 21 of the Studebaker <br />Corridor Disposition Area. The price of the <br />parcel is $100. The Contract For Sale of <br />Land for Private Development has been <br />completed and reviewed by the Legal <br />Department. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Contract For Sale <br />of Land For Private Development between <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />and Old Fort Building Supply of South Bend, <br />Inc. (Parcel 21 Studebaker Corridor <br />Disposition) <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to Contract for Sale of Land <br />for Private Development between the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />and T. George Podell & Company, <br />Incorporated dated June 15, 2001. (Parcel <br />26, Studebaker Corridor Disposition) <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that a Contract for Sale <br />of Land for Private Development was <br />approved on June 15, 2001 between the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Commission and <br />T. George Podell and Company, Inc. for <br />property located at the southeast corner of <br />Main Street and Indiana Avenue or Parcel 26, <br />L <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br />SALE OF LAND FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT <br />BETWEEN THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION AND OLD FORT BUILDING SUPPLY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INC.
