In the event that <br />Memorial Hospital and the Commission do <br />not execute the Agreement by December 1, <br />2002, the Commission will refund the <br />$300,000 to Memorial Hospital no later than <br />January 30, 2003. <br />Mr. Rock noted that the Agreement commits <br />an investment by Memorial Hospital of <br />approximately $150M over the next ten <br />years. The Agreement is expected to be <br />executed within the next week. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Roemer, seconded by <br />Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved a Letter Agreement <br />between Memorial Hospital of South Bend, <br />Inc., City of South Bend, South Bend <br />Heritage Foundation, Inc., and the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission related to <br />site acquisition for Fire Station No. 2 <br />relocation.
