South Bend Central Development Area <br />(1) continued... <br />disposition of the Crescent Avenue <br />Properties, Parcels 1, 2 and 3. The Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />are outlined as follows: <br />► All offers must meet the minimum price <br />of $521,500. <br />► The site purchase must include all 1.86 <br />acres being bid. <br />► The required use for Parcels 1 and 3 is <br />Medical Related Office with ancillary <br />Commercial and Residential Uses. <br />IL ► The minimum building square footage <br />for Parcels 1 and 3 is 50,000 sft. <br />► The required use for Parcel 2 is Low <br />Density Residential. <br />► Any portion of the site not used for <br />buildings, streets, parking, <br />loading/staging areas or driveways shall <br />be planted and maintained as a <br />landscaped area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for property in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Crescent Avenue <br />Properties, Parcels 1, 2, and 3) <br />(2) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1935 approving the fair <br />re -use value of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Crescent Avenue Properties, Parcels 1, 2, <br />and 3) <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE BID <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS <br />FOR PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA.
