Housing <br />(2) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver for property located at 313 E. <br />Ewing. Athens) <br />(3) Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release of <br />Mortgage for property located at 313 E. <br />Ewing in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Program. (George G. Athens) <br />Mr. Inks advised that all obligations under <br />the Real Estate Mortgage and Security <br />IL Agreement related to the Rental Rehab loan <br />for 313 E. Ewing have been waived or <br />satisfied and the mortgage may be released. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Satisfaction of <br />Obligations and Release of Mortgage for <br />property located at 313 E.
