South Bend Central Development Area <br />(2) continued... <br />Mr. Schalliol reported that Resolution <br />No. 1935 sets the fair re -use value for the <br />property referred to as the Crescent Avenue <br />Properties. The property is approximately <br />1.8 acres and is located on the north side of <br />Crescent Avenue between Niles Avenue and <br />Hill Street. The minimum purchase price is <br />$521,500. <br />Mr. Hunt inquired if the purchase price <br />included all three parcels. <br />Mr. Schalliol advised that the three separate <br />parcels are being sold as one block. <br />Upon a motion b Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />p y <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1935 <br />approving the fair re -use value of property in <br />the South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Crescent Avenue Properties, Parcels 1, 2, <br />and 3) <br />(3) Commission authorization requested to <br />publish the Notice for Disposition of Land <br />with publication dates of January 24, <br />2003 and January 31, 2003 and Receipt of <br />Bids at 10:00 a.m. on February 21, 2003. <br />(Crescent Avenue Properties, Parcels 1, 2, <br />and 3) <br />Mr. Schalliol advised that legal notice for <br />the disposition of the Crescent Avenue <br />Properties will be published in both the <br />South Bend Tribune and the Tri- County <br />ILI 7 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 1935 <br />APPROVING THE FAIR RE -USE VALUE OF <br />PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA.
